It was just a great fit for a city break in Istanbul with fantastic value. The room had a strong hot shower, making it a refreshing start after a long day of exploring. Be prepared for a bit of noise at night from the street activities.

Exceptional customer service from the friendly staff.
I was disappointed to find the air conditioning inadequate during my stay. With temperatures soaring at 32 degrees, it hardly provided relief and made the nights uncomfortable. I was shocked at the poor breakfast options despite the hotel's promising offerings. The selection lacked typical Turkish options, and the coffee was disappointing, served from a subpar machine instead of fresh brews. One of the worst aspects was the cleanliness of the room. I noticed cracks in the walls and furniture that showed signs of wear and stains.

Oh boy, did I indulge in some epic bites at nearby spots! The classic Italian dishes at the Sky Kamer Restaurant were to die for, and Harem's Cafe served a mean kebab that I still dream about. Plus, I felt right at home with the amazing staff who went above and beyond to ensure a stellar stay!
Now, don’t get me wrong, I think the hotel missed the mark on a few things. The lobby is rather drab, and the local area has its rough patches. While the shower and toilet facilities were modern and worked great, I did miss having tissue boxes and a lobby coffee area. it felt a bit odd leaving a deposit for a second key card. A wider breakfast spread would’ve been appreciated!

Exceptional customer service significantly enhanced the experience, particularly when the hotel staff quickly arranged for an upgrade after initial room concerns. The proximity to major attractions made it convenient for exploring, with the Grand Bazaar just a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast provided a daily rotation of cold buffet dishes, offering decent variety, although the limited choices were a minor drawback. Room cleanliness was top-notch, yet the air conditioning struggled during hotter days, making the nights a little uncomfortable.
